On the roof terrace clients can enjoy having breakfast or a cocktail, or simply relax and look at the view or at the sunset. A minibar is also available, public parking is located near the hotel. Animals are allowed kept with a leash.

A traditional silver/ grey building with a small unique entrance..Erice with its silvergray stoned paved streets, its small court yards blooming with flowers, its roof tops covered with opaque "terra cotta" tiles, is the location of the "Hotel Moderno" which with its modern conveniences and efficient service traces its origin back to the 19th century. Hotel has 40 rooms, for a total of 82 beds, all heated, with bath, telephone, tv and air-conditioning. It has simple furnishings, but is decorated giving special care to the details, and combining its modern comforts with the traditional atmoshere of the surroundings.
