##Description Masseria Rossella is a farmhouse located in Piana degli Albanesi, in the privince of Palermo. The Lago di Piana degli Albanesi, the oldest lake in Sicily, is a WWF protected area and is about 14,3 kilometres away. The majestic Rocca Busambra, the highest peak of Monti Sicani, can be reached in 44 minutes by car. Palermo city centre, with its many monuments of cultural and historical interest, is about 35.8 kilometres away. Mondello and San Vito Lo Capo beaches are located 49,8 and 106 kilometres away, respectively. Falcone Borsellino airport in Palermo can be reached in an hour and twenty minutes by car, while the port is about 40,9 kilometres away.

This farmhouse, built by renovating an old farm, its barn, kitchen and animal area, consists of several units arranged over one or two levels and around a courtyard with a central mulberry tree. It includes a reception, living rooms with a fireplace, a TV and reading room, a library, a restaurant, a private chapel, a furnished terrace with views of the surrounding valley, a pool, a garden with umbrellas, tables and chairs and a courtyard. Possibility to rent bicycles with an extra amount, it has to be pay on the spot.

The farmhouse also has an organic vegetable garden producing extra virgin olive oil, vegetables, legumes and fruits, also used by the restaurant to prepare its dishes.

Here guests can practice paragliding, hiking on CAI trails, horseback riding and boating on the Lago di Piana degli Albanesi (activities not included in the price).

Free Wi-Fi in the reception and a unguarded car park are also available for guests.

##Rooms Masseria Rossella has 9 Standard rooms: -Standard: spacious and comfortable rooms, some with a private entrance from the garden, others on the first floor with access to panoramic terrace. Two rooms can accommodate up to four people with a bed on the mezzanine floor.

All rooms, decorated with antique furniture, have bathrooms with shower and hair dryer and heating.

##Food & drinks Every morning guests can enjoy a continental buffet breakfast, with home-made cakes, biscuits and jams as well as hot or cold beverages, cold cuts and cheeses, also served on the terrace in the summer.

The restaurant offers table service and an à la carte menu with local and national dishes prepared with organic products coming directly from the vegetable garden.
