Excursions within reach of the cottage: Ölands Djurpark, Färjestaden and for shopping, Borgholm; Solliden, Alvaret, Ruin Borgholm, farm stores, 7 golf courses and the hiking trail Bolinleden, which leads from coast to coast right outside the front door. 7 km is the famous restaurant Lammet och Grisen, 10 km Bödas beach and go-kart track.
