The resort also has a tourist office that can you help you with ideas and tips on where to go in the area. There are four different types of cabin to choose from, all of them are good-quality cabins. Isaberg offers a wonderful range of activities in the summer, so make a packed lunch and head off on an adventure: you can explore on foot, in a kayak or canoe, on a bike or with a fishing rod in your hand. If you like being close to nature, then this is the perfect place for you, as the forest and the water are involved in most activities. You can try different adventures with a guide, including walking, kayaking and canoeing. Treasure hunts and fishing are organised for children. You can also hire bikes and play golf. If you want to take things slightly easier, there is a wonderful path you can stroll on, you could sit back and do some fishing, or your could curl up in front of the fire with a good book or relax on the veranda. If you want to go further afield, you and your family can drive to Borås Djurpark zoo (one hour), while High Chaparral, the Wild West Park, is closer (35 minutes by car). You can also discover Småland's Kingdom of Furniture if you are interested in design. High Chaparral - the Wild West Gunpowder smoke is in the air during exciting duals between cowboys and the evil bandits. You become part of the story and enjoy an experience that is second to none. High Chaparral is an incredible theme park for both adults and children. The park is set in 50 hectares and has a Mexican village, an Indian camp, a Wild West town and much, much more. You can try everything from horse riding and gold washing to learning how to shoe horses. You can also enjoy hot food and incredible music during the Mexican Fiesta. There is a big Wild West Show twice a day. The stage is a long street in the Wild West, where you sit on one side, close to all the action, in a fast-paced show with great fights and lots of fantastic effects.
