Rooms feature air-conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, direct-dial telephone, safety deposit box, LCD TV (with satellite channels), mini bar (water, soft drinks, juices & beer with free daily refill), coffee & tea facilities, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, bathroom amenities, bathroom telephone, balcony/terrace, 12-hour room service (extra charge), maid service (daily), towel change (daily), linen change (5 times per week), laundry/dry cleaning/ironing service (extra charge).

The All Inclusive-Concept includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) and mealtime drinks such as soft drinks, beer, wine, water, and alcoholic drinks, all of local brands. Drinks are served from morning until late evening (approx until 22.00 -24.00 hrs). Opening times vary between different hotels. In certain hotels, the activities program is also included.
