The two holiday apartments, which were completely renovated in 2014 and are each separate, are located in a separate holiday home on the owner's partially fenced residential property in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. Each apartment has a cot and high chair, a furnished terrace, 2 sun loungers, 1 barbecue, car park, play equipment for children, lockable bicycle storage room. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and the owner runs a ceramics workshop on the property and offers courses. A pick-up and drop-off service to and from the railway station is also offered. Pets: One small dog up to 40 cm in size is allowed in this accommodation. All other pets must be authorised by the owner prior to booking.
The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the holiday home, has a separate entrance, is about 33 square metres in size and can accommodate up to 3 people (including 1 infant up to a maximum of 3 years). The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished and has a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, 2 armchairs, flat-screen TV and radio. There is also an open-plan kitchen with kitchenette with electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances and a seating area as well as a bathroom with WC and walk-in shower. The apartment is fully tiled and has central heating (underfloor heating).

Ollendorf is a district of the small village of Grünow on the edge of the Feldberg lake district. Ollendorf is surrounded by forests and lakes. The nearest bathing lake is about 3 kilometres away. There is a riding centre with a petting zoo and a ceramics workshop in the village itself. Grünow itself is the gateway to the Müritz National Park. Guided tours and hikes are possible there. The Serrahn beech forests, a World Heritage Site, are located nearby.

The small town of Feldberg is around 10 kilometres away and the former royal seat of Neustrelitz around 19 kilometres. There are numerous boat and bike hire facilities in Feldberg. In Neustrelitz you can experience culture and architecture with the historic castle park, the Louisentempel, the castle church or the newly designed market square. There are numerous shopping facilities and restaurants in both towns.
