Outside there is a terrace shaded by wisteria with a table and 12 chairs, while a further covered terrace has garden furniture for 8 people. There is also a separate covered terrace with table soccer and darts as well as a bowling alley. Access to the fenced pool is secured by two gates and there are 6 sun loungers and 2 deckchairs by the pool. The stores of Paradou are about 350 m from the house. There is a supermarket, a butcher, a bakery, a bicycle rental/sale, a market on Tuesday mornings and a seasonal market on Friday evenings. The village festival Paradou takes place on the first weekend in September with bullfighting, ball and giant paella. An attractive property with large garden and private pool, close to local amenities.
