Villa Mara - Ragusa

This beautiful two-family house of the beginning of the 20th century is located on the Hyblian plateau. ISR151 is the front part of the house divided into two completely independent units and has private access (on foot and by car) so private outdoor areas with swimming pool (each part of the house has private pool). The beautiful and magnificent villa, originally a noble house, is surrounded by a large paved outdoor area (about 400 m2). On the left, a gate borders the pool area, surrounded by a lawn with old olive trees, a real corner of paradise! In this area there is also a bathroom with shower. Inside there is a living room with kitchen area with large sliding windows overlooking the outdoor area and the pool. From this room an interior staircase leads to the upper floor with a living room with kitchenette, four bedrooms, all with private bathroom and balcony. The outdoor area is equipped with barbecue, tables and chairs for pleasant outdoor meals.
ISR151 is located in an area called Puntarazzi, just 5 minutes from the city of Ragusa, in the sea side area of Ragusa. Donnafugata Castle (2 km) is also a popular tourist destination. Ideal location to visit the sights of the provinces of Ragusa, Syracuse and Catania, connected by the state road 514, which passes just a few minutes from the villa. Not to be missed is a visit to Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla (within 15 km) or Noto, Marzamemi, Siracusa and Capo Passero (within 60 km). Also worth a visit are Caltagirone, Catania, Etna and its villages (within 100 km). For those who want to spend a day by the sea, the beautiful seaside resort of Marina di Ragusa, with fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, is only 15 minutes away. The area is also known for its very nice golf course (15 minutes by car).
