For those who prefer swimming in a more relaxed environment, the magnificent beaches of Delfini, Foneas and Elies are a must. For the trekking enthusiasts, Taygetos Mountain offers many hiking trails and routes leading to the top of the mountain. The coastal towns of Kardamyli, Agios Nikolaos and Stoupa offer you a wide range of traditional restaurants and cafes with live music. Day trips to ancient Olympia, Sparta, Areopoli, Limeni are some of the excursions you can make here.
