Built in beautiful natural stone and part of an extensive estate, Sa Sort is a thoroughly private and, thanks to the many flowers planted around the house, colourful paradise for young and old alike. At the rear of the house, with its pretty dark green shutters, there is not only a covered terrace with cosy seating and a small outdoor kitchen including a barbecue, but also a kind of natural courtyard with tall shady trees and an inviting outdoor terrace. Right next to it is the large pool with a gentle slope and parasol above the entrance, surrounded by another spacious terrace with comfortable sun loungers. Both young and old children will enjoy splashing, swimming and letting off steam in the pool, as well as playing a game of basketball or table tennis on the private court.
The interior of the villa is also very well-kept, cosy and inviting. The typical Mallorcan character radiates throughout the house, with lots of wood, warm colours and lovingly selected décor in every room. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining area with two cosy sofas around the unique red fireplace and TV. Next to it is another beautiful antique sofa as well as a large wooden dining table and matching chairs for long evenings with good food. In the kitchen, also equipped with tasteful wooden cupboards and high-quality appliances, there is plenty of space for culinary experiments. And you can enjoy the delicious results directly at the dining table in the kitchen! A beautifully clean bathroom in nautical blue and white completes the ground floor, while a staircase adorned with pretty tiles and natural stone leads up to the four bedrooms and another very neat bathroom on the first floor. The original style of the house continues in the bedrooms; warm colours add sophisticated accents while conveying a sense of Mallorcan authenticity - the perfect space to guarantee pleasant dreams.
Your villa is nestled in the typical Mediterranean landscape in the green centre of the island. You will have neighbours, but the houses are far enough apart that you won't step on each other's toes. It's a wonderfully peaceful area, ideal for long walks, hikes and bike rides through the countryside. So far, so good, but what if you crave all the amenities of a lively resort? No problem: Inca, the third largest town in Mallorca, is just 2.5 kilometres away. Of course, you can also take your hire car, but it's not too far on foot either: if you walk down the street directly in front of the house, you'll reach your destination in around 25 minutes. Inca not only has a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, but you can also take a long stroll through the shops - chic boutiques and the weekly market every Thursday are almost irresistible. For a day at the beach, you can drive to Playa de Muro, for example, which is around 27.7 kilometres away; this gently sloping, long sandy beach is particularly popular with families. The beautiful Villa Sa Sort is located near the town of Inca in the rural centre of Mallorca. The beautifully maintained natural stone house is surrounded by mighty trees and plenty of greenery; there is even an orchard integrated into the spacious property. You can cool off at the back of your warm and inviting holiday home, play basketball and table tennis with the children or simply escape from everyday life in the hammock. Inca is just 2.5 km away and can be reached quickly by hire car or on foot.
