The spacious cottage welcomes you and your extended family, but is also suitable for a vacation of friendly families. The modern house impresses with its comfort and coziness. Relax in the light-filled living room, where you can get together with everyone and relax with delicious meals, board games or a good movie. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the bench in front of the cottage while the house slowly wakes up. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the lake.

The cottage is idyllically located overlooking the lake and with the mountain directly behind the house. This gives you great opportunities for excursions, both in summer and winter. If you have your bikes with you or rent some in Oppdal, the tour around Skarvatnet is a great option and can be extended towards Nerskogen and Granasjøen. The cabin owner has a small boat that can be used for trips on the lake.
In winter there are great opportunities for ice fishing. If you want to go to Dovrefjell to meet exciting wildlife, guided tours are arranged from Oppdal. Oppdal is the center of the municipality. Here you will find all the facilities you are used to and expect in a small town. Since offers and activities change from year to year, it is advisable to check online.

Note: In summer there is a car road leading to the cottage, in winter there is parking at Skaret campsite. Here you can either ski to the cabin or order transportation by snowmobile. Remember that there is a parking fee here. In summer there is free parking at the cottage.
